Step 1: Prepare Documents

Applicants to The International Tropical Summer Course (ITroSCo) are expected to meet the following criteria:

  • Active international students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from universities in Indonesia or abroad, preferably from fields related to fisheries, marine science, biology, environmental science, agriculture, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and commitment to issues of sustainability, tropical aquaculture, and coastal ecosystem management.
  • Able to communicate actively in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to participate in all scheduled activities, including lectures, discussions, field visits, and final presentations.
  • Be in good physical and mental health, and capable of adapting to multicultural environments.

Step 2: Online Registration

  • Open and create an account on the admission website: admission.undip.ac.id or admission.undip.ac.id/summercourse/104
  • Click apply to apply for the program
  • Login with username and password or “Register” if you don’t have account
  • Fill in the information needed (If you don’t have passport, you can put in your national ID card number)
  • Complete your profile
  • Create an application to the program “The International Tropical Summer Course (ITroSCo) 2025”
  • Click “Details” button to upload the documents needed
  • Upload the documents required (Please check the size and format requirements)

Step 3: Selection Process

After completing all the application process and all documents required, applicants can monitor their registration status by clicking Details on Main Home Page.

Step 4: Acceptance & Payment

If the applicants are accepted in the program, please download the Letter of Acceptance on Print Announcement section.
